Hi,

Thanks for the post.
I created a site column and mapped the site column(ows_sitecolumn) from crawl properties to Managed Properties.

I followed the steps of adding the the mapped property to advance search.

But search does not work on the custom property created.

Any Inputs on if I should do any configuration changes?

perhaps you could try re-crawling the site to index the new properties.
